Daniel Chan, MD, practices family medicine. Dr. Chan earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton. Dr. Chan enjoys the personal interaction of helping his patients achieve their best possible health. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, traveling, music and volunteering in his community. In addition to English, Dr. Chan speaks Cambodian and Spanish.
